92 years old Qian Guomei has been at home for 3 years. On Sep. 8, he took the elevator down stairs to talk with old friends again. He was so happy that he told everybody he met that “From now on, I can meet and talk with you again and I can buy goods in shops”. On Sep 9, the construction of the elevator in Lin Qiao Neighborhood was completed. It can benefit 600 households with 2000 residents there.
