According to the news conference held by Ningbo municipal government on Sept.11, the activities concerning the public traffic week and “Car Free Day” will be carried out from Sept. 16 to 22. Sept.22 is the world day of no cars. Ningbo plans to carry out a car-free campaign in the designated area, which is bounded by Zhongshan Road, Rixin Street, Yaohang Street, Liuting Street and Changchu Road. On Sept.22, this area will be under traffic control and closed to vehicles from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.
