70 years old man Zhang Abei, living in Zhang Ao Village, Si Zhou Town Xiang Shan is very happy as workers are painting the wall of his old house and deposited concrete on the filed in front of his house. All of expanses for workers and materials are paid by city government and local government. Other 300 poor households, just like Mr. Zhang, can improve living condition as well in Xiang Shan. To improve living condition of poor farmers in undeveloped villages is one of events of Ningbo Government, doing for people’s interests. These poor farmers live in Ning Hai, Xiang Shan, Feng Hua, Yu Yao etc. Ningbo Government planed to improve houses for 1500 households in 2007. Every household can get 10000 Yuan subside from Ningbo Government. Totally, Ningbo Government will arrange 9 million Yuan for the project and local governments will pay for the remainder.
