Lower temperature, heavy snow, sleet, icy rain gave great impacts to transportation. On Jan 30, Secretary of Ningbo Party Committee Ba Yin Chao Lu went to South Railway Station to make inspection. He called on railway station, public security bureau and transport bureau to prepare for long-term hard work, coordinate better, make effective adjustment, put passengers on the top priority, provide excellent services and ensure smooth and safe spring festival transport.
