Ningbo Employment Services Administration issued the comprehensive report about employment of labor flow from other provinces. In one month after spring festival, 264500 migrant workers went to personnel resources markets. 129400 people were registered and 56300 people were employed. Although so many workers are hunting jobs, only small part of migrant workers can be employed finally, who accounted for 21.29% of total job-hunters and 43.5% of registered. Meanwhile, enterprises provided 202800 working posts. In fact, it is the betting of prices of labor force. Shortage of labor force in the enterprises can not be solved in a short period. Most of migrant workers are waiting for suitable jobs. They said to find jobs were not difficult in Ningbo, but it was difficult to find jobs with higher wages in Ningbo. For example, a middle level electrician said he could not accept work before the payment would be over 1500 Yuan. Even he had 1500 Yuan per month, he still could not have money left very month as rent and living expanses were very expensive. Some of enterprises only pay 2000 Yuan for a skilled sticker. In fact, guided payment for this post is 2623 Yuan per month. Average payment of this post is 1578 Yuan.
