Zhou Shan will be linked with Ningbo by bridge. This project will be ended in 2008. But, east sector of Ningbo ring Highway is in the stage of requisitioning land. Therefore, the east sector project must be accelerated. Otherwise, it will affect the progress of bridge project. Zheng Hai is implementing new mechanism to promote key projects by comprehensive strength. In 2008, Zheng Hai is building 20 key projects at province and city levels. It is a arduous task. At the first day of New Year, Zheng Hai Government held a mobilization meeting to implement the projects. 24 projects were divided into stages based on schedules and all leaders at various levels cleared own responsibility. In addition, Zheng Hai Government organized tour inspection teams to check progresses of projects every month. So far, all projects are in smooth progress.
