Ningbo Donggang Sheraton Hotel announced on April 1st that the hotel has set up a reception desk in Shanghai, which is first of its kind in the Yangtze Delta area, even in the whole country. The Hangzhou Bay Cross-ocean Bridge, which will open to traffic soon, will shorten the time from Shanghai to Ningbo to 2 hours by car. This will enable Ningbo’s hotel industry to share the huge customer resources in Shanghai. To meet with this change and grasp business opportunities, Donggang Sheraton Hotel took the lead and set up a reception desk outside the hotel in Shanghai. The reception center is located at one of the conveniently located hotels, Shanghai Yan’an Hotel, covering an area of nearly 1000 square meters. Besides, three free buses from Shanghai to Ningbo are provided by Donggang Sheraton Hotel. The buses cost 8 million yuan in total and will be put into use from the day when the Hangzhou Bay Bridge opens to traffic. The buses will travel from shanghai to Ningbo 2 times a day, any customers chose to check in at Sheraton Hotel or Portman Hotel can take the free bus.
