He said Shan Tou was one of 5 special economic zones in China. It was famous hometown of Chinese overseas, a port city, an opening up city. Shan Tou and Ningbo shared a lot in common. We hoped to strengthen tie between two cities and cooperate in more areas. Huang Zhiguang said Ningbo was a vital city in Yangtze delta and forward position in reform and opening up.
