From Ningbo Education Commission, Ningbo will put aside a special fund of 6,281,000 yuan for food subsidies for students in municipal colleges.

　　This year, with the rise of food, the canteens in colleges in the city are faced with a great pressure, and it is urgent to stabilize the prices of food and ensure food quality in the canteens in colleges. For this purpose, Ningbo has decided to give temporary food subsidies to the municipal colleges including the private independent colleges. The subsidy will amount to over 6 million yuan, 20 yuan per month for each student. The subsidy will be given from March to June.
