On a conference about the creation of National Civil City of Beilun, over ten representatives of ordinary citizens were invited to exchange ideas with Ye Miao, or the director of publicity in Beilun.

　　The representatives fully expressed their concerns about the future of the city by raising suggestions and advices. They suggested that the government should further promote the awareness of the mass and call on more people to participate in the creation work so as to have a better result.

　　Ye Miao recorded the ideas and suggestions in detail and promised that the government would work harder to realize the issues as soon as possible.
