According to Ningbo Leading Group of Sichuan Reconstruction, to assist Guangyuan City, Sichuan Province in its reconstruction of educational and medical undertakings, Ningbo has decided to establish a special fund of 50 million yuan.

　　This fund is established on the base of the donation of 22 million yuan Ningbo Red Cross, the donation of 20 million yuan by Ningbo Charity Federation, the donation of 20 million yuan by Ningbo Education Commission, the donation of million yuan by Ningbo Municipal Bureau of Civil Affairs, and 5 million yuan collected by the departments of civil affairs in the city.
