According to the news conference by Ningbo Municipal Government's News Office, before the Duanwu Festival and 3rd China's Cultural Heritage Day, Ningbo is going to hold a series of activities, such as exhibitions, commendation meetings, and academic forums and so on.

　　According to Zhou Daming, news spokesman and vice director of Ningbo Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television, News and Press, the theme for the cultural heritage day this year is "Everybody protects cultural heritage and cultural heritage for everybody".

　　On June 7, an exhibition center of intangible cultural heritage will be open in Xijiang the Ancient Village. This a series of activities aims to display the intangible cultural heritages and the achievements Ningbo has made in this field. On June 8, Tianyi Pavilion Library Museum will have a poem recitation performance, which aims to promote the traditional Chinese festival culture. On June 9, in Qingr'an Guild Hall China Ningbo History of Boats Exhibition will open, and the collection of ancient boat models are exhibited to reflect the long history of trade in Ningbo, and the pioneering sprit of the people of Ningbo.
