Recently, Ningbo started 2008 Energy Saving Month and opened Ningbo Energy-saving Public Service Website. Yu Hongyi, Member of Ningbo Municipal Committee of CPC and Vice Mayor, announced the start of the month.

　　There are lots of activities for the publicity of the month. In the month, Ningbo will open China (Ningbo) Expo of Energy-saving Products and Technologies and Exhibition of Ningbo’s Achievements in Energy Saving. The exhibition will open from June 20 to 23 in Ningbo International Conference and Exhibition Center. This exhibition includes energy saving new technologies, new techniques, new appliances, in the fields of industry, architecture, traffic, comprehensive use of new energy and resources, home energy saving, and so on. In the publicity month, Ningbo China 2008 Energy Saving Forum will open.
