Hai Shu is accelerating the implementation of upgrading central Ningbo city. Service industry is developing rapidly. Hai Shu Government announced that in the first 4 months of the year, 1516 service enterprises were introduced, which had total 1.7 billion Yuan of registered capitals. During the construction of key projects, to pull down old houses and make rooms for new projects is first, but difficult step. Now, most of old houses have been dismantled. The preparation for projects of the second phase is ready. Some of projects are in construction.
