The city released a circular on speeding up the development of outsourcing business. The highlight of this new policy is that the city shall grant three kinds of subsides for companies developing the business, namely subsides in fund, supporting allowances and follow-up subsidy. For this purpose, the city’s finance has arranged a special support fund of RMB 10 million yuan. The fund will be used to aid the national outsourcing bases and the city-level high-end outsourcing bases.
