According to the overall plan of the provincial government, Ningbo city will take a shortage of 500-600 thousand kilowatts to avoid and stagger the power consumption peak hours. In view of the shortage, the city shall pool every efforts to upgrade the electric network and improve the early-warning and contingency mechanisms so as to ensure an efficient use of the electric network.
