The city government held a plenary work meeting on development of an ecological city last Wednesday. Some plans for the next phase of work were made at the meeting. Party secretary Bayin Chaolu pointed out at the meeting that the construction of an eco-friendly city must focus on improvement of ecological civilization and people’s livelihood and in this process great efforts must be exerted to facelift the production and living environment.
