7 towns in Qingchuan County of Sichuan were designated as places directly receiving relief support from Ningbo. From Last Wednesday on, the quake relief personnel of Ningbo started to leave for Qingchuan. They were going to install panel houses for settlement in the local areas.

　　Qinghuan County was most affected in the Wengchuan earthquake. Towns and villages were flattened. Roads, bridges, power facilities and telecommunications facilities, water conservancy facilities were all severely damaged. 250,000 people need to be resettled. According to the unified plan, Ningbo will help build 2665 sets of apartments which will be used for residence, schools, government organs, hospitals and business outlets. All the settlement houses will be completed before August 10. Among them, the schools will be completed before the end of July, so as to ensure the schools to open on August 1.
