Leaders of Zheng Hai Government and Ningbo Port Group have arrived in Gui Zhou and signed 2008 cooperative agreement with Pu An County. 9 projects will be invested with 1.4 million Yuan. It is reported Zheng Hai and NingboPorthave helped Pu An county for 12 years. Totally, 95 projects with the investment of 15.67 million Yuan have been implemented. Most of projects deal with the construction of Hope primary schools, public health stations, personnel training, development of local resources etc.
