Recently, the CPC Ningbo Committee made some enforcement regulations on setting up a corruption combating and preventing system 2008-2012. It plans in five years' time Ningbo shall basically establish a system of the kind with local characteristics. The enforcement regulations consist of four parts: General Requirements, Basic Tasks, Special Tasks and Guarantee Measures. Among them, the basic tasks include six aspects: education, mechanism, supervision, Rectification, Reform and Punishment. The special tasks include upgrading the development of clean government, reinforcing development of early warning against corruption and improvement of guarantee system.
