This is an important innovated step Ningbo Customs has made in supervision pattern, and it is expected to promote foreign trade and benefit enterprises.

　　Statistics show that over 5,500 productive enterprises and 1,700 import enterprises in Ningbo will be benefited by the system. And over 1,000 enterprises in other cities will be benefited by it. In the long-run, this direct clearance system will benefit more enterprise in Zhejiang and east China.
