According to statistics of the Ningbo Municipal Office of Outsourcing Services, from January to July this year, the business turnover of outsourcing services amounts to 550 million yuan, including 21.47 million US dollars in offshore outsourcing. Ningbo now has 119 enterprises in outsourcing services, with 5,978 professionals engaged in development of embedded software, basic services information and technology, animation design, development of PC software, system integration, customs declaration, application for inspection, rebate, and financial inspection and so on.

　　This year, the outsourcing service business has witnessed a fast development. At the 10 Zhejiang Investment and Trade Symposium, Ningbo signed 19 outsourcing services contracts, with the total investment of 329 million US dollars, and 150 million US dollars of contract foreign capital.

　　In addition to the software magnates of Microsoft and IMB that have settled in Ningbo, www.HC360--afamous electronic business company will move its headquarters to Ningbo National Hi-tech Zone, and a world-known ERP company Gaoge Software will establish its Chinese base in Yinzhou District.

　　It is learned that by 2012, Ningbo will have over 5 municipal-level offshore outsourcing service bases, and try to be listed in top 10 in outsourcing service business in China.
