The Ningbo inspection and quarantine bureau released the results of impact of technical trade barriers upon the export business. It is estimated that with the technical barriers, the city’s export has been reduced by 4.46 billion US dollars in the first half year. Among all trades, the agricultural and food sectors face the most severe barriers. The second place and the third place are respectively the electro-mechanic trade and the textile and garment trade. The export volume comes down respectively by 34.6% and 30.6%.
