The riverfront business and entertainment area along the Heyi Avenue, one of the key projects in our city, is open for business this week after the completion of its first phase project.

　　The Heyi Road Riverfront Business Area faces the Yao River on the east, Movie City on the south, Heyi Road as the boundary on the west and neighboring Jiefang Bridge on the north. The phase-1 project comprises a five-star hotel and a supreme international business building, which has 38 floors, with a total of 333 guest rooms, a conference hall of 1100 square meters and some other hotel facilities charged by Marriott International.

　　According to Wen Yaohuang, GM of Marriot Ningbo, soon after the completion of the Phase-1 project, the phase-2 project,-a business center is already under tight construction on the Heyi Road. It is estimated that part of this project will be finished and open to business at the end of this year. The full-scale opening will be around the next spring.
