The Hailun Musical Instrument Company was designated as a demo base of cultural industry by the Ministry of Culture the other day. It is one of the 59 companies for the third group of demo bases. The 59 bases are scattered in 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions. Private businesses take up 55%.

　　China's cultural industry has been booming in recent years. A large number of innovative companies with IPR have emerged. They have made great achievement in promoting the Going-Global Drive, deepening reform of cultural mechanism and operating cultural programs.

　　The Ministry of Cultural expects that the demo base can play an exemplary role in branding development and providing better services for the general public.
