The opening ceremony of the Ningbo-Hong Kong Economic Cooperation Forum 2008 cum the Review and Development Seminar was held at the Nanyuan Hotel last Thursday. Mr. Zen Decheng, chief director of the Home Affairs Office of the Hong Kong SAR addressed the opening ceremony, and party secretary Bayin Chaolu made a speech entitled Looking Back on the Ningbo-Hong Kong Cooperation and Forward Development. With the theme of Innovation for Development and Cooperation for Win-win Results, this year’s economic cooperation forum will comprise the opening ceremony, the review and development seminar, 7 thematic activities and three supporting activities. The Forum is committed to conducting cooperation and exchanges in exhibition business, trade, logistics, outsourcing, healthcare, education and tourism.
