Recently, 50 tons of instant frozen red bayberries were exported to Russia. It is learned that this is the first time Yuyao bayberries export to the European market.

　　Yuyao is home of Yuyao red bayberries, well known for its quality. In the past, owing to the short sales season and difficulty in preservation, only fresh red bayberries sell in the market, and this restrains the export of the fruit.

　　For many years, Yuyao has made efforts in the instant frozen technology, and has made a breakthrough this year. With this technology, fresh red bayberries can preserve for about one year.
